Antone Consulting & Training works with clients to analyze a situation facing them and to decide whether the performance improvement requires a leadership, management, organizational or training solution. Then we work to design a program for the correct intervention.
When training is a desired course of action, we work with leaders and subject matter experts at the organization to analyze and assess the situation, to design the most effective program process applying the principles of adult learning theory, to develop the curriculum in alignment with key stakeholders, to implement the delivery of the program and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program using measurable objectives.
Our work is integrated to engage participants in using the collective wisdom they will bring for the most effective change needed in performance improvement. When appropriate, experiential activities are used as one of the most powerful teaching and learning tools available so participant can learn by doing. They then reflect on what the lesson has to do with the reality facing the organization and to consider what action steps they can apply to affect positive change at the worksite.
